Foreclosures & Short Sales
Many of the properties we buy are in default on the mortgage and facing foreclosure - many are even valued at less than what is owed. Aberdeen Investments is experienced dealing with the many issues of Foreclosure in Colorado and we have been successfully doing Short Sales for over four years. A Short Sale simply means that the mortgage lender accepts less than what is owed on the loan. This can be done even if there is more than one mortgage on the property.
Done correctly, everyone involved in the Short Sale wins - the homeowner is able to sell the home and can get on with their lives without a foreclosure on their credit report, the lender gets their money back and, we are able to make some profit and provide quality housing at a reasonable price.
