 Aberdeen Investments is a local company,  based in Loveland, with expertise in the unique characteristics of the  real estate market in Larimer, Broomfield and Boulder Counties.
 

We are very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate investing and  property management, from Short Sale transactions to Rehabs and Renting.
 

Michael Cranna is the managing partner of Aberdeen Investments, LLC.  He  conducts the day-to-day operations of the company.  Michael has been  buying and selling real estate in Colorado, Arizona and California for  30 years.  During this  time there have been ups and downs in the real estate marketplace, from  the double-digit interest rate days of the 70's to the more recent  upheaval that seemed to affect everyone.  These have been the times to  learn new approaches, test established beliefs and participate  in the creation of history.  Real Estate is a vast and exciting arena.   You can also check out his BLOG.
